How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple!  Simply click on the art piece that you wish to purchase and add it to your cart by clicking the purchase button.  You may click the cart icon at the top of the page to verify and/or modify your purchases.  Click the checkout button when you are ready to place your order.

What is the preferred method of payment?

Currently, we only accept payments via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged once your order is placed.  An order is placed once the checkout process is complete.

When will my art piece arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours.  Tracking information will be provided as it becomes available.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all the Domestic Contiguous United States orders (48 States).

Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders to the Non-Contiguous United States (i.e., International as well as Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories).  Shipping and handling charges will be calculated during the checkout process.

Does the gallery ship orders to the Non-Contiguous United States (i.e., International as well as Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories)?

Yes, the gallery ships orders to the Non-Contiguous United States (i.e., International as well as Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories).  However, additional shipping and handling charges will apply to and some restrictions may apply depending on your location.

Shipping and handling charges will be calculated during the checkout process.

Does the gallery ship orders to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses?

No, the gallery currently does not ship to any P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

What is your Return policy?

Item(s) purchased through ArtCrypto.com may be returned within 7 calendar days from receipt of the shipment.  Please see our Return Policy for additional information.

What is your Damage Policy?

In case of receipt of a damaged product, customers must contact the gallery within 48 hours from receipt of the shipment for a full refund of the original purchase price, including shipping and handling costs (if applicable).  Please see our Damage Policy for additional information.
